At psillydots.com, we’re committed to delivering quality products and a great experience. However, due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit—refunds are issued only at our discretion.

 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

 

If you believe a product is defective or didn’t perform as expected, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in a reasonable condition with product remaining. Returns of fully used products, especially multiples of the same item, may be denied. Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated or abusive refund requests will result in ineligibility for future returns or guarantees.

 

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS

 

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products with no remaining contents

  • Multiple items of the same product returned fully used

  • Customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong item, flavor, or quantity)

  • Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

 

Limited edition, clearance, and promotional items are final sale.

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be required in some cases and is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

 

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

 

We’ve partnered with Route to offer optional shipping protection for your order. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and if an issue occurs, you can file a claim directly through Route to receive a free replacement.

Route protection is automatically added to your cart. If you do not want this coverage, simply click the “Check out with Coverage” button in the cart and deselect it before completing your purchase.

Please note: If you do not purchase Route protection, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 

 

PURCHASES FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS


Our refund, return, and replacement policies apply only to purchases made directly through psillydots.com (the official  website). We cannot process refunds, returns, or replacements for items bought through third-party retailers, smoke shops, distributors, or marketplace sellers. Customers must contact the original seller for assistance.
